Our story
How it all started
Our founders Esther and Jennipher have been residents of Berlin since 2021 and 2013 respectively. They quickly discovered how hard it is to find trustworthy, professional home help — someone who would treat your home as carefully as you do.
With extensive experience in housekeeping and management, they started building a small team of vetted, passionate carers who shared their values: honesty, reliability, genuine warmth, and respect.
Today, Golden Hands serves hundreds of Berlin families across all districts — offering cleaning, housekeeping, babysitting, dog and cat sitting and walking with the same personal touch that started it all.
"We started Golden Hands because we wanted Berlin families to have someone they could truly rely on — not just a service, but a trusted partner for their home."
